A lifelong adventurer, he’s chased experiences from the mountains of Colorado to the coasts of Central and South America, and across Italy and Spain—always hungry for the next challenge.

When he’s not streamlining workflows or scaling creative output with AI, you’ll find Leo pushing his limits in the ring and on the course. A Muay Thai and wrestling competitor, he’s been running Spartan races since the age of nine. Off the mats, he lives for biking, lifting, sailing, backcountry camping, and hunting—basically anything that gets his heart pumping and keeps him moving forward. His energy and grit fuel both his personal adventures and the results he delivers for our clients.
